... head those warnings of dehydration bro, drink lots and lots of water... creatines' gonna blow you up and make your muscles hold water, so you will look bigger and be stronger... but ya do lose alot of it when you come off your cycle... but it will help you to workout harder, which is a good thing... best of luck to ya man
