If you must know children, i'll explain. We did a reverse merger (not that you know what that is) to go public. Raised seed capital using equity to build mobbucks and buy web1000.com, and using the killing we made on the deal, bought the mobbucks piece from the parent and extracted it from the public entity, stepped down from the board of directors and 10 mediagroup/web1000 is now in new hands while we have money, mobbucks and sanity...pimp pimp.
The parent is currently trading under the symbol ONTN.
