Oh yeah I love the ones who threaten to call the authorities when it's their own dumb shit fault whatever it is that the problem is.
Sad thing is, although I'm fucking hitting my desk with my fist when I get these, I'm the nicest damn guy in the world when I email them back. I take full responsibility and help them out in every way possible (with the exception of the story I told earlier, lol). Business is business, but damn people like that annoy the hell out of me.
