The advantage of hosting out of the USA is mainly to foreigners, non-us corp/citizens that are hosting in the USA originally because of pricing and connectivity. By taking away that " liability", they are way more secure.

If you host outside the USA, and your Biz is outside the USA, and you shoot live n shit outside the USA then rules such as USC2257 and all the other crap going on stateside does not and can not effect the kind of biz set up outlined above.
