Please don't take this the wrong way, but that first question right there shows you don't know the laws around shooting content. Do yourself a big favor and consult an attorney before shooting your own content; don't rely simply on information you get here. With the heightened 2257 laws, you'll could be behind bars quick without proper guidance.

As for the release: That's something you have to provide and want to make sure is bulletproof. While a poor release may not put you behind bars, it can certainly open yourself up to lawsuits. This is another job for your attorney.
