Depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for good lookers Goldfingers has some lookers, but I think it is a no touch policy and not a knocking shop. I am sure other clubs have all the extras on offer though.
However, if you are looking for a bit of culture and good food, head up towards the Castle area. On the road up to the castle there is a fantastic restaurant called Bazaar near the top of the hill before the castle on the right. Fantastic food and if the weather is good have a great rooftop terrace for food. Avoid eating at the Old Town Square as prices are a complete ripoff compared to other places in Prague.
Prague has some great places hidden off the beaten track. Whenever we shoot there we always end up in a small bar in a side street called Al Capones, look like the sort of place only locals would go in, certainly not welcoming from the outside for tourists, but once you are in there the place is very friendly, one of the biggest range of coctails i have ever seen, and the prices are cheap!
