I would get a small 3 bdr home with it (I know that the house would be probably small as hell but in Texas you can get a 3 bdr that's not too bad in some areas of the state for 50K) so each of my girls could have their own bedrooms. They have been begging me for their own rooms and there is just nothing I can do about it. Rent around here for a 3 bdr is insane. Plus would be nice not to have the mother in law right up the road. Geez! If I had a k or 2 left I'd buy the girls some really phat christmas shit!
