Initially, my job was to learn the business and how things work, I spent my first 2 weeks on
Cozy Academy.....
Which was very helpful by the way. 
As time went and goes on, I was and am given additional duties, projects, and opportunities for more Biz.
Although, I have a background of sales, marketing, promotions and plenty of other networking experience, you would have to ask Lens why he hired me.
Maybe he saw that ambition in my eyes!
Regardless, I am very happy he did!
