There's some truth here man. Especially realize that most of us here aren't trying to attack you (well I know I'm not) by saying that this thread is not what it appears. We're just trying to make you see it from a different point of view and possibly re-evaluate your motives.
NB you probably have no idea who I am, but over a year ago when I was down on my luck you and Arika both helped me out, and I've never forgotten that. You gave me some design work when I had virtually no portfolio to show, and really helped me in a significant way. You both seemed to genuinely care and WANT to help me out, and I was blown away by that graciousness. That alone is reason why you will both have my respect and gratitude, and why it bums me out so much to watch this situation unfold.
I truly wish you both the best man ...
