This is really key because a lot of webmasters have a tough time "converting" asian niches because they mix up the traffic sources mentioned above.
I'm not sure if this is true for the rest of the webmasters out there marketing Asian content, but tt took me about a year to figure out the following pairings/rules that led to good conversions:
Non Asian guys + Asian Am content [sabrine maui, phoenix' [and other american content companies] asian content, etc] = exquisite asians from ARS or if you're using videos See Asians from Topbucks
another content subniche that converts well with nonasian traffic is southeast asian amateur hardcore [thai mostly], you're better off making your own AVS galleries [these convert well] although there are some newer sites that do really well based on this traffic + content pairing. These use the "exploited teens" angle in both their marketing and content.
Asian guys born here + Asian modelish content. Basically we're looking at Sung Hi Lee, that kind of genre. Import models convert well in this pairing--ex: Francine Dee. You'd probably do best with AVS here.
Asian traffic + "pure" asian content. Pure asian content means offering this traffic unpixelated Japanese hardcore content. Through some weird law in Japan, apparently genitalia has to be pixelated....even anime, for fucks sake. So by going through your site they get the goods and they want to sign up...... For this type of traffic I converted best with AV Tower. Since I don't speak Japanese or Chinese, I focused most of my marketing based on modified banners, picture fields, and movie clip icons.
Another trick you'll probably learn while fine tuning your marketing model and message---these differing demographics react differently to differing layouts.
