Great question, this was an actual life changing experience, and it was Eric, not Lens.
So, My buddies and I decide to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans for the first time. It's funny, I almost didn't go, but Thank God I did.
It's the last night of Mardi Gras "Fat Tuesday" and my buddy Josh and I decide to go to the Playboy Club (757). We are up in that bitch for about an hour when we bump into this drunk cat with a bunch of stuffed animal beads around his neck.
Turns out, my buddy Josh is from Sacramento and lives very close to Eric, that night we had the time of our lives. I believe we may have been the last 3 guys to leave Bourbon Street, we went straight to the Casino and played Pai Gao, the greatest game known to man! I almsot missed my flight!
We remained friends thru the next 5 years and when I graduate college, I moved out here, got to meet Lens in Late December 2004 and he gave me a shot!
