I don't think many people are taking sides, personal problems should remain just that.
However, when going into business with anyone -- be it a spouse, a relative, a friend, or some guy off the streets, it's always rosy in the beginning, and the end is something you never see coming until the blinders are off.
One would hope that the two of them can put aside the personal issues and drama long enough to sort out the business situation into something workable for both parties. It would appear they've worked on the business together, so why let it go to hell? I realize that is sometimes easier said than done, but then again, it is possible to do.
