His name is as much a part of the program as hers...
I don't see him as trying to make things right for her. He's trying to make things right by THEIR affiliates. So this whole thing doesn't bite him in the ass professionally down the road.
He's in a tough spot as I read the thread... half responsible for payments due to affliates with no access to company funds (which are now being "managed" poorly). I don't envy his position.
