Well...these kids download a copy of photoshop off Kazaa and think they can waltz in and take over. I took my lumps. I was like that too when I started. 10 feet tall...bullet proof...thought I had all the answers...but I was stupid. Best advice I ever got was to keep my mouth shut and my eyes open. Listen and learn from people who have BEEN IN THIS BIZ for years. I would offer that advice to Timberlands but he doesn't seem like the type to listen anyway.
I hope he's living in a box within a month...
