A serious question: Is it possible that she got more insecure with how she looks and since you've been in a relationship a while, you're still treating her with the enthusiasm typical of a relationship in that stage, and thus she's feeling less drive because of her insecurity in her attractiveness to you? It would be fine under normal circumstances, but maybe now she simply needs more attention and reassurance that you find her as attractive as ever. That doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong, but maybe you need to compensate for her insecurities. I don't know the details of your situation, but it seems plausible to me...
