If you possessed any degree of intellect and comprehension, you'd have realized that's not what I said whatsoever. What I'm saying is there are acts on that list that are shown regularly on network television. You've chosen the extreme example of rape rather than consentual/lifestyle bondage in your comparison - knee jerk (or, as you ironically call it - "junior debate tactics").
It comes down to the government justifying their war against the porn industry partially by claiming it affects the behavioral patterns of the viewers. If this were actually the case (which its never been proven to be) - then they should also be going after the mainstream networks for the violence and everything else they portray on primetime television.
