Well sort of. As long as ebay acts expiditiously to remove the content once notified, they have no liability. They have an outstanding program for doing that. If the idiot tries a few more times, his account will eventually be closed. We have a two strike agreement with ebay. First time, auctions cancelled. Second time, they close the account.
