IF YOU HAVE A SHORT ATTENTION SPAN JUST SKIP TO THE END

In college I ran my own consulting/event planning company. A year out of college I started to fuck around in the Boston scene. Met some guy who owned his own company, we hit it off, teamed up and threw a bunch of concerts and ran some of the hottest club nights. Everything was honky dory.

Since he was Incorporated we had to run all events under his company name, info, tax ID. Something about liability and stupid drunk people. Putting out flyers and promoting party's side by side with the club. We got a percentage of the bar, so we took part responsibility...insurance yada yada yada. In college I get away without the corporation by coming on as a "consultant" but this type of shit doesn't fly in Boston. So I was cool with using his LLC. We still used my company which was only a DBA for all marketing, media, consultation needs.

To make a long story short, I got fucked, cut out of every deal...it was his company name that made the rep for itself, it was his company name attatched to all these events. It was fucking cold how I got cut out. Brutal...something tells me he planned it from day one.

Its been about 10 months now.

I have the motherfuckers domain name, I registered it under my company's name though he did pay for it via CC, the domain name is a shortened version of his full company name...a domain name that I came up with that he holds no trademark on. I still have the name pointing to his servers so I don't think he realizes it. I'm thinking about pulling the plug on the site. I know he'll bitch about it and threaten to call his lawyer, so I actually want to just get rid of the damned thing.

What should I do? I've been waiting 10 months for that fucker to finally build something worth while on the domain and he now has.
