I don't want this to become a personal pissing match, but I got my first UIN (10697*) in December of 1996, less than a month after ICQ was released, and I do firmly believe that the very first UIN ever issued was 101001 (the binary nuber for 41 ... which does have a signifigance that I cannot remember ...)
I am enjoying doing the homework though, to get to the bottom of this, as I have searched all the search engines, and there is literally NOTHING online to prove who is right or wrong ...
