If you are competent with a computer moving from a server to another shouldn't be a problem ... you can also use load balence etc etc ... lots of ways to go arround a bandwith peak... normally you don't go from A to Z in a single day anyways ;)
Couple hundread bucks a month to start up with is more then enough...
