P.S. #2 : Sorry about beeing harsh, but this thread is just ... an instant classic... I mean ... people did that kind of business plan in 1998ish...
I'd suggest you get good equipement / lightning ... and maybe start shooting content if that'S something you're good at ... for others. Good money to be made, and you'll gain experience that way . Right now honestly... there isn't much to be done with your site...
