I think it's pretty sad that so many people take such poor care of their bodies. It wouldn't bother me quite so much if it didn't directly effect me, but it does (i.e. health insurance costs, bodies oozing into my personal space on a bus or airplane, etc.). I work on the PC all day (and night, sometimes) long too, but I just make a point to go to the gym regularly and to eat healthy (no sugar, lots of H2O, lots of fruits and veggies, small portions, nothing overly fatty...easy stuff). The funny thing is, I am a huge food lover...sure I'd like to eat non-stop, but you've just gotta draw the line somewhere.

As an aside, if anyone is looking for a relatively easy (and healthy) way to shed a few pounds, Weight Watchers is a pretty solid program.
