If you're also interested in a percentage of your downline's sales forever, all of the programs in my sig offer this. You get 5% of your downline's sales for life. It doesn't seem like much but it adds up quick. In our Leading Edge Cash program we have some affiliates making hundreds every day on downline commissions alone. Also with LEC, if your downline makes 5 sales within the first 60 days of signing up they'll receive $100, so this is an effective motivator for them to make sales.

Another good percentage based programs is SilverCash, which pays 10% for life.
