What site? Some are certainly far better at retaining customers than others so not so easy to answer.
Another way to look at it is, if you don't send many joins (or much traffic) PPS may be better to get a steady amount back each month. If you are sending a lot of customers then the big whales will eventually push the revshare far ahead of PPS.
