I agree 100%, as any "real" financial institution would do. epassporte is a joke I would never trust a cent to them, their reputation is nothing but 1 horror story to the next, and you can never get any issues resolved immediately on the phone it takes a public post on a board called go fuck yourself to get a 1/2 assed reply??..hahahahaha
