Okay, so here's the short version: I was going to order a phone from Virgin Mobile. They double-charged me, then told me that they had NO evidence of any transaction whatsoever.
Fine.
Epassporte says they can't do shit until Virgin Mobile faxes them to let them know it's cool to release the funds back into my account.
Virgin Mobile has no record of any transaction. Thus, they have nothing to fax.
WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
So NOW what do I do, continue to do the whole "okay, I just called them, they said this. Right....Okay, I just called THEM and they said THIS....." bit or do I just go postal?
