Yep, you pretty much nailed it. Anyone who flies SWA should take the above to heart because that's what you're going to get. I'm glad I live in an area where JetBlue is an option for alot of flights. They're far superior to SWA for pretty much the same price and it's hard to justify paying business or first for a one hour flight to socal on AA or UAL.

SWA should stick to short-haul ... their product absolutely sucks for flights longer than an hour or two
