And the dude who met his fiance on line and hadn't ever met her and she totally brushed him off when she got off the plane!
The biggest turnoff of SW to me is the no code sharing. If Delta or the other code share airlines cancel a flight they can usually put you on another airline. SW can't. They can refund you the ticket price but that won't buy the same ticket elsewhere. I'd rather pay a little more to know I can get from point A to point B. Plus I like 1st class
