Hey guys, just got back from dinner with the parents and they made me a little offer as far as selling their houses, so i figured id post a little something and see if any of you guys were possibly interested.
Bassically, they have 4 spec homes complete and ready for move in ASAP, and 6 more withing 20% of being completed. This is slightly higher than average and they are wanting to get a few off their hands, so they are offering them at kick ass prices.

These are 3 of the 4, i dont have pics of the 4th. They range from $350k to $370k i believe, (normally about 375-400k houses). All are in a kick ass custom home neighborhood about 15 mins east of downtown dallas, just off the highway that heads into town.
They also do custom builds or build on your lot anywhere in Eastern Dallas area such ass rockwall, sunnyvale, forney, heath, etc.
