Lovely, so the sites are headerless/footerless until they get listed....so the webmaster builds his little bannerless site but by the time he submits and gets listed on some of the bigger TGP's POOF, headers/footers...oldest trick in the book...
If you really want to make some coin with that freehost, stick some Dark Dollars banners/links in your headers and footers....
