This is why California Norml is fighhting for decrim of cultivation of up to i think 9 plants for personal use.
So individuals can grow some herbs for themselves without risk of jail time.
In fact, there is law on the books right now that stops judges from putting a person in jail for FIRST TIME cultivation of marijuana in California.
We are closer than any other state of lifting the ban and allowing decrim of cultivation for PERSONAL USE.
I vote for promarijuana senators, judges, etc. California is very different when it comes to marijuana.
You get in more trouble for being utside with a beer than you do geting busted with a joint.
