I just got done listening to "On the Road" by Jack Kerouac. I had heard about it but never had to read the book in school or anything. I thought it was great. Really wild times that started the whole "beat" thing in the 60's.

I also listened to "Pirate Hunter", the true story about Captain Kidd who was hung for being a pirate even though he was't one. The guy did an amazIng amount of research to show how history had it all wrong on this guy but presented in a very entertaining way. Not a dry audiobook at all.
