They dont teach cops to be foul mouthed, nor do they teach them to be disrespectful & the procedural manuals do not tell them to threaten persons with a firearm for no reason. The act of unlatching the snap button & palming the butt is an offensive & agressive action. From a legal point of view it would be determined as criminal malfeasance or abuse of power.!!! Any normal police officer would ask if i need help & then provide assistance, this bitch however, was completely, WAY out of line.
