Actually Ive only run into one program that ever had a problem with it and Ive done it to dozens of sponsors - I also keep a running list of who not to ever send traffic to as they didnt report the sales - and I even tell everyone after I do it as most of them have in their T&C that you can do it - the ones I like are the ones that say - let us know ahead of time
And before anyone asks - no I will not say anything publicly about which programs didnt report the sales as the reps usually come on here every time someone says anything and piss and moan saying that they never would cheat a fly - so I just dont bother and keep it to myself - i figure if a person with so little biz sense as me can check it themselves - so can anyone else thats really interested in their own business
