But like I already said shooshtime doesn't even allow images to be posted, so whats the difference from a text link on his site or a text link on any tgp? You all need to be bashing and going after all the sites that are actually posting/hosting the illegal copyrighted content not the sites that simply link to them...  |
Go take a look at the forum, there are threads and instructions on how to rip and post content. Sure the content isn't stored on the site - that's how the owner gets around the issue. He insists they host the content at a download site so that *they* get the lawsuits and headaches. Gee, sounds like a real swell guy, no?
Seriously, it's like Napster's argument that they didn't endorse mp3 trading, only the software to allow you to do it. As we know, that didn't hold up in court very well. Shoosh provides and allows an obvious forum for it's members to trade *entire* content CDs, DVDs, etc. so it is nothing like a TGP linking to a site or offering a preview video - these links are to entire sets, etc.
In any event, no use bickering over what site is worse, they are all guilty whether they host the content or just link to it.
