Well we have fixed our issues our ticket time has went to an average of 3 hours now. No servers down for over 30 days. Janosik is a liar we never had daily downtimes. And I can point you to users who have been with us a year or more and had no downtime.
Some users were on a particular server that was being abused by certain users, we now put in some new things to keep this from happening and letting us know as soon as it starts.
We have really turned things around and have had a flood of customers come back to us! So now are users are enjoying low prices and dependable servers.
