So last night I am watching tv and the idiot upstairs starts pounding on our ceiling. So my gf gets fed up and chucks a shoe at the ceiling. He comes downstairs and bangs on my door. I open it and he says "You wanna settle this right now? You wanna be hitting the cieling? Come on lets do this" So I step out into the hall as he is in his underwear and his junk is hanging out and I don't want my gf being exposed to this idiot and I say "Dude, you're pounding on the floor every day and I can't stand it anymore" So he pushes me into my door and gets right into my face and says something about loud music. I shoved him away and decked him. SMACK... right in the face. Dude didn't know what hit him. So I walk away,. I don't want a fight, but the coward sucker punches me as hard as he could in the back of my head as I walked away. I just stopped in my tracks, said "oh no you didn't!" turned around, grabbed him and THREW him down the hall and against the wall and kicked his fucking ribs pretty hard and told him "get the fuck upstairs before you're in more trouble than you are now". Fucker gets in my face again and shoves me into a glass door.
That's when I said "that's it, you're a dead man". the look on his face said it all .. it was like an "oh shit" look. I got up in his face, told him he's not too bright shoving around and picking a fight with a man twice his size in weight. I then bitch slapped him and he ran upstairs like a little girl
I called the cops on his ass so it's on record that HE caused the shit and not me (so we don't get evicted). When they arrived I realized I mgiht be in shit too for kicking his ass. He was pretty fucked up at this point but when I explained everything that happened the cops just laughed, went up to see him and came back. They said "You won, he's pretty messed up right now with injuries. He won't be back" They then said I did the right thing and left.
