Well, it would already be too late for those New Yorkers now wouldn't it. Besides, I'm pretty confident that NY would be only one of many targets. The other targets would probably include all military intelligence headquarters. Put them out of commission and the nation is at your feet.
Of coarse, this is all speculation and it's meaningless to continue this type of discussion any further. Your statement really didn't address what I was alluding to in my post.
