ROBERT McCORMICK has served as the Chairman of our board of directors since April 1999 and as Chief Executive Officer since November 1999. In 2003, he was named ?Person of the Year? by Service Provider Weekly. Before joining us, Mr. McCormick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Bridge Information Systems, Inc., where he also held various engineering, design and development positions dating back to 1989. Mr. McCormick attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.
