A bit paranoid? Very I would say.

1. Not true - noone looks down on their clients. (only when someone bithes a lot or is very very picky - but even in this very case we try to understand why it is so and to deliver a better product - in our case it's design)

2. and 3. Partly true. Because the info you give will really return to you, but in the form of good works done for you. For examples experienced designers can produce templates (galleries for example) which will convert much better. As for ideas and info - we all read the boards - there's no place like boards where you can learn so much about this business. And as for the content - we can get it ourselves as well if we need it, but we'll never use your content, because we simply don't have the right to do it.

And in general about outsourcing - it's good.

As for me I like the word "overseas" - it makes me feel that I live in a fairy tale, distant mysterious for you land...
