Maybe the top 20 posters get a fansign for free and anyone that wants one after that has to send one join or whatever
Or better yet, you will only do 20 fan signs and end your post with something like "I can be coerced to do more" and leave it at that! If anyone else actually wants one, they will contact you. They will silently know what you mean
Or maybe just do the fansigns with no conditions as lens suggests and then make sure your webmaster program page clearly states that you offer fan signs after the first 5 joins or whatever.
I know #4 seems harsh but it's been getting out of control lately with the spams. I don't even look at them anymore personally cuz there are so many now that they aren't special anymore.
I think the girls would agree that it is alot of time and work but the value of the traffic you get from here needs to be recognized and respected.
