Well honestly I think rule number 4 is a wee bit harsh. Sure they gain some publicity and all but they can just as easily do that with a "rate my ass" thread or whatever. They are after all puting in some work into these (well some are at least) and I personally thinking having a rule such as post your account name or affiliate number is very reasonable.
