In the HTML file you posted, the IMG link goes to: file:///C:/My%20Documents/ROSEYATRID.jpg

That's your hard drive. You need to have it point to: http://www28.brinkster.com/fuckyourself/ROSEYATRID.jpg or wherever it is you uploaded the picture to.
