Why Dont we put together a peoples wi-fi network, People who host a hot spot get paid buy data tranfered from their basetation.

Each hotspot would down load special AAA billing and roaming softwares to be part of the wi-fi network.

People will make WVoIP calls in stead of dial up, and download media from anywhere.
