I wouldn't hire anybody that wasn't responsible enough to have access to client data. I only employ top notch people. Suggesting that an account rep could service clients without basic contact information, ie personal data, is rediculous.
I also don't employ any "6 dollar an hour loser that moved from fries to working with you". You must have me confused with some of the competition. LOL
Whether or not you understand my point is mute, I suppose. It is obvious AMC is challenged to make some good decisions and I hope they grow through that and exceed everyone's expectations.
