This may sound cold but I think you'll agree...I told my spouse, my children are my flesh and blood and I WILL love them unconditionally...you on the other hand I'm just married too. You can love a spouse or be in love with them but it's not the same as Unconditional Love.
Unless they're your children or your parents then No I don't think that there is unconditional love.
