there are many ppl alergic to wheat and dont know it.

wheat causes the same issue for it for me. if i go extreme and eat plants and nuts for two days i will have normal stool, which is weird.

*edit* the reason is it extreme is because almost every food product has wheat it in. from the breading on my chicken fingers to the muffin i would like to eat, it is everywhere.
