They showed the tent cities already being set up and occupied by the workers. Not a black worker to be seen.

Ever think for a minute they hired the most qualified people? Or for that matter a huge chunk of the blacks there are unemployed by choice, or drugs, or alchys, or prison records, or hundreds of other things?
Don't get me wrong, I get your point, but keep it in perspective.
