i stopped smoking 6 months ago, gained 20 lbs
lately i've been making fruit smoothies to keep me full all day so that i dont eat too much, i dont have any snacks in the house (except popcorn), and i put myself on a budget of $50 a week in grocerys for food & other things (like shampoo, tide, etc) and that KEEPS the junk out of here cuz i barely have enough money in my budget to get the bare nessecaties. (hell, Tide costs $8..toliet paper $6..shavers are $7..and meat is around $6..cant get too much for $50 at the store for TWO people.)
i'm also gonna start walkin everynight for 30 mins or more. i'm flying out of town to see my family for thanksgiving and im so nervous cuz all the weight i gained so if i could get the 20 lbs i gained in the past 6 months, i'd be happy as hell. but i still need to get rid of the other extra 30 lbs from sitting at the computer all freakin day for the past couple yrs
