Just how big is adult B2B?

I was thinking a bit last night despite warnings my doctor gave me about the size of this business in reality. Specially in regards to the B2B aspect of it.
Seems like aside from the processors and hosts, who sort of fall into their own categories everyones money appears to be going back and fourth.

Example would be a Designer also happens to own a MGP. He purchases feeder traffic for the MGP. He also submits galleries to places with licensed content. So he also has paid for scripts to both submit, run his MGP, and also run his trades. He pays content companies for licenses. In the end he gets paid for being an affiliate and for selling some traded traffic to a traffic broker.

An affiliate program hires that designer to make some promo materials for their sites. That affiliate program does not shoot in house but purchases content from assorted providers on exclusive and non exclusive terms. They also sell crosssales to another affiliate program. That program happens to be the main sponsor for the designer/MGP owner.

One of the content providers rather likes the new promo material the affiliate site had done and hires the designer to start building the provider a tour for his new upcoming paysite. Which he intends to kick of buy purchasing assorted paid listings on various MGPS and also buying feeder traffic.

And as you can see it could litterally go on forever in some odd everyone is paying for everyone else chain of events.
Any real thoughts on all of this?
